Having spent many years offering a wide range of beauty treatments, I have recently had to reassess my offerings due to a neck injury and spinal degeneration. It is for this reason that I regrettably no longer offer manicures or nail enhancement services.

At the heart of Clarity is a desire to enhance well-being and boost confidence, so it was essential I keep some of my biggest Confidence Boosters on my service menu. Every one of the treatments on this page fit that brief, and many of them also save me time when I’m getting ready in the morning… what’s not to love?

Whether you are looking to frame your face with neater brows, to open your eyes with a lash lift treatment, to remove unwanted hair, or to pamper the feet that serve you so well, I would love to help.

Every treatment is carried out to the highest clinical standards, with meticulous attention to cleanliness, infection control and safety protocols. Fresh PPE and disposable items are used, and all reusable equipment is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and sterilised as appropriate. My clinic is equipped with both a professional ultrasonic cleaner and a cutting-edge Class B medical-grade Enbio autoclave, which offers the highest European standard for sterilisation, and is officially certified for medical and aesthetic environments.

Lashes and Brows

Lash and brow treatments build confidence by enhancing our natural features, creating a more defined and polished appearance, without the need for daily makeup application. Loved by gym-goers, holiday-makers and those with a busy schedule for good reason… these treatments are resilient against water and sweat, allowing for a confident look, even during exercise or in warm climates - and, better still, with a more refreshed appearance from the moment we wake up, these treatments save us time too.

  • Professionally waxed and shaped brows frame the face, creating balance and symmetry that draws attention to the eyes.

  • Tinting using semi-permanent dye adds depth and colour to lashes and brows that lasts for weeks.

  • Lifting natural lashes at the root, lash lifts open up the eye and create the appearance of longer lashes, without the need for extensions or strip lashes. (A complimentary tint is included with this service, for added impact).

Polite notice: A patch test is mandatory for all tinting and lash lift services. This needs to be carried out at least 24 hours before your first appointment at Clarity, or every 3 months.

    Lash Lift & Tint: LASHUS, a British brand, is gentle on the lashes, yet delivers consistent and long lasting results. This treatment lifts your natural lashes at the root, opening up the eye and creating the appearance of longer lashes, without the need for extensions. The application of eyelash tint further deepens and enhances the look. Results last 6-8 weeks, depending on your lash cycle and aftercare regime.

    Brow Tint & Shape: Eyebrows are darkened by the application of tint (semi-permanent dye), then tidied and/or shaped using waxing and tweezing techniques.

Hair Removal - Waxing

Unwanted body and facial hair can have a significant negative impact on self-esteem, with studies showing that roughly 50% to 79% of women feel less confident or more self-conscious due to unwanted hair. A quick waxing session can remedy this, with long-lasting results.

I first qualified in waxing in 2004 and starting teaching for a premium waxing brand in high-end salons and spas in 2015. Today, my wax brand of choice is wax:one. This premium, professional hair removal system was developed in the UK and has a super-thin viscosity, allowing it to reach the very base of the hair for a cleaner, more comfortable removal. The formula is designed to contour with the body without becoming brittle or snapping hairs, which helps minimise the risk of ingrown hairs, and because wax:one has a lower working temperature, post-treatment redness is reduced and the skin is cool after treatment. Premium hot (peelable) wax is used on most areas except the legs, where strip wax is used. wax:one has a refreshing kiwi and grapefruit scent and suits all hair and skin types.

Below you will find a treatment menu with many of the common waxing options, but any area that has hair can be waxed with hot wax; I specialise in female intimate area waxing, offering a very experienced, professional and discreet service.

Polite notice: Clarity is a welcoming, safe, and inclusive space for people of all genders and identities and I pride myself on creating a comfortable environment for everyone, but kindly note that I am only trained and insured to perform intimate waxing (including Brazilian/bikini) on female anatomy (vulva/bikini area). To ensure the highest standards of safety, care, and insurance compliance, I am not able to wax a genital area that I am not trained to wax; I am therefore obliged to decline requests for intimate waxing of any area outside of the scope of my professional training.

  • Basic Bikini Wax - A classic wax, perfect for first-timers, or those who want a basic tidy-up around the edges. This wax just removes the hair that can be seen outside of big knickers. Underwear can be worn for this wax, if preferred. £25

    Extended Bikini Wax - The Extended wax removes a little more at the front (pubic area) than the Basic, but does not include hair removal from the labia (underneath) or bum strip: perfect for high-cut underwear or swimsuits. Underwear can be worn for this wax, if preferred. £30

    Intermediate Bikini or G-String Wax - At the front (pubic area), a little more hair is removed than the Extended, leaving a modest amount (approx a 3-finger width - although this may vary) of hair behind. Partial hair removal from the labia underneath (leaving an approx one-finger width of hair on each side) - we are just removing the hair that can be seen outside of a thong. This is a popular option for those unsure about a Brazilian or Hollywood. Underwear removal is recommended for this treatment, for best results. There is no need to be shy - I have seen it all before and am just looking at your hair growth and how to remove it. £35

    Brazilian Wax - All hair is removed from the intimate area, aside from a landing strip or triangle in the front (pubic area), according to your preference. This wax also includes the bum strip. Underwear removal is recommended for this treatment. £45

    Hollywood Wax - All hair is removed from the intimate area. Underwear removal is recommended for this treatment. £45

Pampering Pedicures

I have offered pedicure services since 2003, achieved my year-long diploma in reflexology in 2007, went on to complete training with Denise Tiran in reflexology in pregnancy and childbirth in 2008, and for many years I was in the privileged position of training therapists in the delivery of exceptional pedicure services, at some of the most prestigious spas and salons in the UK. I am an ACP advanced electrologist, who is qualified and insured to treat warts, including plantar warts (verrucae). I have also been called upon by the beauty press to provide expert insight into the provision of perfect pedicure services, and have spoken to a global audience on the subject via Facebook Live on behalf of one of the biggest nail brands in the world. It is safe to say that countless pairs of feet have passed through my hands in the past two+ decades.

Pedicures and regular foot care are a priority to me. As an esteemed podiatrist friend once said to me, “We get only one pair of feet and they have to last us a lifetime. We go for a dental check-up every six months… why don’t we take the same care of our feet?” She was right, of course: proper foot care and pedicures offer significant wellness benefits that extend far beyond cosmetic appearance. They can contribute to maintaining physical health, preventing infections, alleviating pain, and promoting relaxation - and of course, they are a confidence-booster. By addressing the often-neglected needs of our feet, pedicure treatments act as a proactive approach to overall bodily wellness.

Polite notice: Whilst I am a highly experienced pedicurist and reflexologist, I am qualified and insured to provide cosmetic pedicure services, reflexology treatments and diathermy (advanced electrolysis - including warts and verrucae) services only. I am not a podiatrist.     We begin with meticulous cuticle work and nail preparation, followed by the application of your chosen CND™ Shellac polish, if desired*.

    Attention is now turned to your feet and lower legs: a deep exfoliation, plus the use of professional-strength formulas to help break down callouses, after which feet are filed, to smooth hard skin areas.

    Next up is something I encountered when teaching in the most prestigious and luxury spas: PerfectSense Paraffin. This is no ordinary paraffin wax treatment: PerfectSense combines powerful Swiss apple stem cells, medical-grade paraffin, heat and aromatherapy into one unique treatment, for the most soothing and hydrating experience. A pair of hygienic, pre-filled single-use booties - containing over three times the average amount of paraffin received from a standard dip service - is heated in the PerfectSense chamber, designed to keep the paraffin at the perfect temperature. A hydrating masque is then selected and applied to the feet and ankles, before they are inserted into the warmed PerfectSense paraffin booties; the paraffin creates a vacuum-like layer that forces the nourishing ingredients from the masque deeper into the skin, while providing intense heat therapy. The PerfectSense paraffin blend protects the skin against free radicals while promoting cellular renewal, helping to reduce the signs of natural ageing, with anti-oxidant and nourishment support.

  • Minx is a heat-activated polymer coating that erupted onto the beauty scene in 2006, offering never-before-seen nail looks in chrome and fully customisable designs. From top manicurists, to celebrities and more, the Minx craze spread quickly.

    I was fortunate enough to educate for Minx in the UK for many years, and to provide Minx manicures to athletes competing at the London 2012 Olympic games.

    For best results, please do not cut your toenails before your appointment - this will be done as past of the treatment.

    With proper care and open-toed shoes, Minx can last for weeks!

    IBX is a professional, two-part, salon-exclusive nail treatment designed to repair, strengthen and protect natural nails from the inside out. Unlike traditional base coats that sit on top, IBX penetrates the upper layers of the nail plate, using heat and light to fuse damaged layers together.

    This service is recommended for individuals with weak, thin, splitting, peeling, or damaged toenails - especially those caused by frequent or improper removal of nail coatings.

  • ADD-ON SERVICE ONLY. Add to any spa or waterless pedicure for an additional £15.

  • Repair or reconstruction of a chipped or split single toenail using nail enhancement product, allowing it to grow out safely, without catching on socks etc.

    Kindly note: this service is only suitable for healthy toenails.

  • Please note: a pedicure is not included with this treatment service.

    Reflexology is a complementary health therapy that can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing; reducing stress, which can be key in optimising good health and building resilience. It is a touch therapy that is based on the principle theory that all systems and organs of the body are mapped or reflected in different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears; reflexologists work these points and areas.

    A full medical history will be requested on your first treatment, and you will be asked to sign a consent form for treatment. This information will be kept confidential. Reflexology is a very easy therapy to receive; depending on the type of reflexology, the most clothing that will have to be removed for a treatment to take place will be your socks and shoes.
